I’m Louise Reynolds, a landlord, investor, small scale developer. I blend hands-on property know-how with over 20 years of high-level business experience to give you clear, practical guidance that works in the real world.

Whether you’re starting out or growing your portfolio, I’ll help you invest with clarity, confidence, and a plan that fits your goals. This might mean working with you to support your property investing in a consultancy or mentoring capacity or doing the legwork for you as part of my bespoke sourcing service. Either way you will invest in property safely.

About me

I’m Louise Reynolds a Surrey-based landlord, investor and small-scale developer. Naturally risk-averse myself, I’ve built proven strategies to minimise risk, overcome fear, and move forward with confidence – both in my own investments and in those of my clients.

I help time-strapped, professionals and business owners make smart, informed property and wealth-building decisions that suit your goals, lifestyle, and appetite for risk.

Before stepping into property in 2007, I spent over two decades in marketing and sales roles in the consumer goods and service industries, as well as working with global brands as a Management Consultant.

When I started my business Property Venture® in 2007 I wanted to achieve two things:

  • kick-start my own and my husband’s property investing
  • help others do the same with the network I created and what I’ve put into practice along the way.
